Hi! I've worked as a Data Analyst for a US Health Insurance account for 6 years. This includes enrollment and creating a health insurance plan. I've also worked as a Content Moderator for a Social Media account for almost 2 years. And now I'm a full time employee working as an Email/Chat support for a Cloud-based software company. I'm a Subject Matter Expert and handling client escalations. I have an experience dealing with the customer or a client over the phone.
One of my strengths is having a good analytical skills. Also, I have a strong process improvement skills. I am confident I'll be able to finish the job with great results in a timely manner.
I know how to use MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Adobe PDF, Google Sheet, Quip, and Google Slides. I also know how to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator since I'm a former freelance Graphic Artist. I'm willing to learn about the other application that I need to use to get the job done.
