? Quickbooks entry (Invoices, Journal Entries, Expenses, Credits & Bills)
? Converting files & uploading it into Quickbooks
? Uploading, reviewing, and posting receipts, bills, SOA on Dext to Quickbooks
? Categorizing all bank & credit card transactions
? Matching and posting transactions to assigned accounts
? Managing accounts receivable A/R and accounts payable A/P
? Scheduling payments
? Reconciling bank statements & credit card statements
? Generating and preparing financial statements (balance sheet and P&L)
? Budgeting
? Coordinating with employers/clients

My Payroll works include:
? Collecting timesheets 
? Reviewing & evaluating total working hours of every employee 
? Process payrolls every 2 weeks 
? Creating payroll reports and generating pay stubs
