As Finance Staff Accounts Payables Junior Supervisor (January 2017- December 2019) • Check and process billings of suppliers (external truckers and shipment) ensures its completeness & validity, as well as attend to suppliers’ queries & concerns regarding their billings. • Process SMBI claims & ensures the validity of it and that payment should be made within deadline. • Prepare billings to customers (SMC Subsidiaries). • Prepare accrual report as part of the month-end closing activities. • Weekly Cash Position • Reviewer Master file and Accrual Reports • Process Admin billings (water, electricity, rentals, security, and etc.) • Process billing Breakages, Empties and Damages.
