Profile Description

To work efficiently and with good quality is what I aim for every time I am assigned a certain job. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative/Traffic Data Analyst for more than five years including chat support, email response handling, ticket support, and phone representative. I have experience using Zendesk, Agora Pulse, Shopify, and Cisco softphone. Throughout my career in customer service, I handled order taking, shipping/status inquiries, cancel and refund requests, no website navigation, and other related customer needs.
I am knowledgeable in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). I also used Google Docs and Spreadsheets in documenting and filing data. I have studied 
I have good and fast typing skills that can multitask and work under pressure. I am willing to enhance and learn new skills in the process while growing in this chosen field. I will serve with full dedication and give the best results to my clients.
