Profile Description

I have experience in managing several eCommerce accounts such as shopify, Upgrade to see actual info, trademe, and other b2b and b2c platforms. I also have experience in dropshipping.
Part of my role are the following; handling several email accounts, messaging suppliers and co-leagues in behalf of my clients, monitoring co-leagues' reports, reconciliations, gathering and preparing photos, updating listings regularly, checking of inventory, engaging with the customers (csr) through email, and other minimal duties.
I also handled facebook fan pages, and other social media accounts, updating them regularly by means of posting topics that are from the main website or blog site, and from the news websites that are related to our niche.
