Profile Description

For 7 years, I've represented a US based telephone company with my excellent communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks. I started off in being part of the TECHNICAL SUPPORT department where I learned the skill of asking the right questions to deliver resolution quick and with minimal customer effort.
I then got trained to handle EXTENSIVE CUSTOMER CARE and COLLECTIONS concerns that sharpened my
customer orientation skill. I have learned how you need to build an enthusiastic and unique connection with each customer by listening to them and acting accordingly and swiftly to their concerns.
Lastly, I also got trained to be part of SALES and MARKETING department catering both inbound and outbound sales channels. I have developed techniques on how to engage potential customers by highlighting the need for the proposed product or service to the customer, and overcome objections
to close a deal.
