Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry since 2008 and have handled several Customer Service related accounts one of which I was a Customer Service Representative for "The Nile". Task includes placing orders, tracking the order status, coordinating with back office, and all other services related to the orders placed through mediums email and/or phone.

I am also trained and have an understanding when it comes to Analyzing or Profiling customers which I believe will come in handy for the role that I am applying for.

I am trained to handle 3-4 chats simultaneously handling different customer queries.

Right now, I am a Fraud Analyst at an Online Casino Gaming Industry for almost 6 years.The nature of my job is to profile customers for possible bonus abuse, money laundering, compulsive gambling, validation of documents, and all other risks to business-related concerns. I act as an Officer in Charge in the absence of the Shift Manager. I also know about utilizing Microsoft Excel.
