• Handled event theme concept development, working closely with writers, graphic artists, suppliers and clients which led to e?ective and innovative output
• Supervised and managed all project details such as concept, title, theme, script, set design, artworks, AVPs, venue, food and beverage, entertainment, costing, reports etc.

• Managed proper documentation of the event including creation of project portfolio, ?ling of liquidations and reimbursements, and archiving of photo and video records
