Before TaskUs I spent three years at Concentrix on the phones and in live chat for an Australian company, handling billing disputes, account inquiries, and escalations. I was promoted from voice to chat and ran five simultaneous conversations with full follow-through on every one.
I build SOPs when there are none. I find the gaps in the ones that exist and close them. I pick up new tools fast and I use AI to make everything I do sharper and more efficient.
