Profile Description

I have been in the Human Resource field for almost 8 years. I was exposed to the different facets of HR such as end-to-end recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. However, I was also trained as an Executive Secretary to one of my employers which gave me a chance to hone my skills in the administrative area. I have worked with Filipinos, Japanese and American Corporations which greatly improved my flexibility in adjusting to the different paces of the company. I am also very familiar with the Zoho Application wherein I was able to utilize the different apps such as Recruit (ATS), Workdrive, CRM, and Upgrade to see actual info case that you would require me to learn a new system, I am confident that you will not spend a long time training me. I can easily adapt to any program and I would only require minimum supervision with the job.
