Profile Description

I've been into Real Estate cold-calling and appointment setting where I am calling potential leads. Within a year, I can say that I am equipped with the knowledge and essential skill for this industry.

 I've been a Customer Service Associate for more than 4 years where I dealt with customers daily who are inquiring for their orders or having a concern with their accounts. 

My recent work has equipped me with all the knowledge and skills especially providing high levels of customer service to our patrons and ensuring to be on top of the organization. I am exposed to different facets of our industry and responsible for the overall communication among all departments.

I have an excellent ability to perform administrative tasks such as making phone calls,??email management, and creating presentations.

I am proficient in the use of technology, and bear knowledge in Social Media Management. 

I have undergone training in Real Estate, specifically for the basics, Home Buying & Selling, Transaction Management and Lead Management.
