Profile Description

I multitask well, thanks to my organizational and time management skills that I finely honed over the years of my working experience.

I'm also a natural problem solver, always on the lookout for ways to maximize efficiency and provide solutions to the concerns. 

At my previous job, I worked as a Social Media Specialist at the same time as a Customer Service Representative in which I dealt with social media platforms and assisted customers as well. 

CRM tools that I am knowledgeable are Zendesk, Freshdesk, Google Mail, ZohoMail, Gorgias, HelpScout, Social Media Accounts such as Instagram and Facebook Chat.

Also, communicating effectively is another one of my strong suits. I am comfortable dealing with clients and customers.
