I have experience in creating/editing short-from videos for social media posts using Canva and Invideo.

I am experienced in data entry jobs. I am proficient in using MS Office, Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.

I have basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization. I experienced on-page optimization using the YOAST SEO plugin, guest post outreach, forum posting, and directory submission.

I worked as a virtual assistant for a real estate company.

I worked as a technical support staff (non-voice) in a web hosting company for 10 years. I was assigned to manage e-commerce site configuration tasks, cPanel tasks, data backup, SSL installation through different vendors, and answering queries through our ticket system. I was also a graphic design support staff for an e-commerce company.
