As a fully qualified call center agent with more than 2 years experience(Appointment Setter,Collection Agent,Customer Service,Outbound Sales Agent,Technical Support Rep), there’s much I can offer to help our customer. I’m confident that my passion for giving world class customer satisfaction, together with my skills and experience will enable me to make a significant difference at work.
Over the last 2 years, I have worked in a call center here in the Philippines and gained experience in both sales and customer service.
Telemarketing experience includes selling and closing deals for online directories, seo, websites, facebook fanpage management, youtube video commercials, google maps, google sponsored results and google places management. I have also recently done appointment settings to different products calling on business owners. I also have experience in fundraising/donations campaigns, grants, selling daily deals coupon advertising and business apps for iphone and android.
I have experience in both inbound and outbound call centers, and have worked in sales and customer services. This has allowed me to develop a range of different skills and techniques, including excellent problem solving abilities and effective handling of complaints.
