I have over 10 years of experience in the BPO and sales industry, starting as an Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Specialist for insurance brokers in the US and Canada. I later transitioned into the real estate industry as an Independent Contractor and Inside Sales Agent, where I spent 2 years handling outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
For the past few years, I have worked with a Coaching/Consulting firm, where I grew from an appointment setter into a Sales Team Leader, I managed and mentored a team of setters while maintaining performance-driven KPIs. This role strengthened my skills in sales strategy, call quality, conversion optimization, and leadership, while keeping me hands-on with daily outbound calls and booking appointments.
I am now seeking a long-term opportunity where I can continue contributing my sales expertise, work ethic, and leadership experience while growing with the company. I am confident that given the opportunity, I can be a strong asset to your team and help drive consistent results.
