Profile Description

I started as an audit associate doing external financial audit for the first few months of my career in an auditing firm before I spent 10 years as cost accountant and financial analyst in a manufacturing (exporter) company. The 11th and last year of my tenure in corporate world before I dUpgrade to see actual info to try freelancing, I was promoted as Finance Manager handling Treasury, Cost Accounting and General Accounting including Payroll, but the main function was focused on treasury.
Throughout my corporate years, I gathered the following experiences and skills:
- auditing
- product costing
- analysis (pricing analysis whether to give discount or impose price increase, profitability analysis, return on investment, projected profit and loss statement, variance analysis, trend analysis, impact of supplier's price increase as well as labor wage increase, to drop to continue a product line, and other special requests by management and other departments for decision-making purposes)
- payroll preparation and checking
- budgeting/funding/planning
- month-end closing
- inventory taking
- profit and loss performance presentation to management
