- 3+ years customer support representative that can provide professional and quality 5-star customer service. 

- Has experience working as a customer chat support and sales representative at Verizon residential for 2 years. Job description includes chatting with 3 customers simultaenously while handling and opening there accounts for concerns of internet, tv and land line service upgrade, service issues, billing issues, service questions,  product questions, promo procedure & process, minor technical troubleshooting, etc.        

- Has experience working as an email and chat support sales and customer service at Telstra telecommunication company. Job description includes multiple simultaenous chat handling regarding customer concerns, questions, sales, inquiry, problems, issues, etc. 

- Has experience working as a social media manager on instagram posting daily content and updates.
                                                                                                                                                                                                   
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English both in verbal and written communication. 

- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Word & Excel

- Average Typing Speed: 65 WPS
