Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 6 years. I have been a Customer Service Representative, a Product Trainer and a Quality Assurance Analyst for Upgrade to see actual info from 2016 to 2020. I've also worked as Telecommunication Agent for Upgrade to see actual info. I have almost 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative for a Travel Agency called Upgrade to see actual info in which I was certified in 4 types of Global Distribution Systems; Worldspan, Farelogix, Mystifly and SabreRed. I have full comprehension of Microsoft 365; Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook and Google Workspace; Docs, Sheet and Slides.

In these roles, I have gained plentiful experiences that take great part in my career. As an employee, I constantly give my absolute best by proactively going above and beyond to ensure customer and client satisfaction. I enjoy building connections with people and I am a natural problem-solver with a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written. My positive attitude, integrity, ability to multitask and work with grace under pressure have always put me on top of my game.
