I am a customer service representative for approximately five years in total. Recently, I worked as a freelance in an online job for eight months until the project ended. I had my first job as a CSR in a BPO for a local telecommunication company. We handle customers who ask for general queries about the product, resolving technical issues, updating customers of their monthly payments, and upsell some products for alternatives.
When I went back to my hometown, I worked in an international inbound telecommunication company based in the US. They have similar nature of work with my first job. We assist customers who want to purchase products online using their credit cards, updating their credit card information to continue enjoying the program, and also resolve technical issues. Most of our customers received HMO mobile phones. So, most of the time, they were calling for assistance with their monthly allotted airtime load.
I have also worked as an Appointment Setter for a lending company. We are offering loans to business owners. The use of their loans is for upgrading their business, buying new equipment, adding capital, and expanding their business. We received commissions in every deal we closed. I also do a part-time job while studying in a seasonal account that only lasts two to three months. Due to my experience, I became reliable, independent, strong-willed, and has integrity while doing my job.
