Good day!,

I am 3rd year college undergraduate student who took up Bachelor of Arts Major in Broadcast Production (a 3 years course). Just a brief background about my talents and skills, I've been part of a chorale group sinceUpgrade to see actual infoand had a chance to showcase our talent in France and Belgium. I became a creative writer of our university also an actress of a theater organization. Year 2018, I volunteered as an English and Mathematics grade school teacher in a Learning Center. When it comes to my Educational achievements, I was a documentary and film director of our university. I directed a short documentary and it won in a festival, 3 major award; 2 Runner up, Best in Editing and People's Choice Award and my documentary was chosen to compete in a documentary festival in Seattle America. I also directed a short film and it was also chosen to be part of a short film festival which is that Gawad CCP 2019.
Last year when was my first job experience in a BPO company as a customer service representative, I handled Telco account from March 2019-May Upgrade to see actual infocond one was in Inspiro Relia as a Sales Representative, I have to sell broad bands to my Americans customer, it was a seasonal account so there was no regularization and last one was with FIS Global Solution. I handled financial account, I read cardholder's bill, activate/block their credit/debit cards. Find best solution for their concern and will make sure that they will not call us back with the same concern.
I love thinking out of the box to make sure that my clients are satisfied. I know how to handle stress since I became a director, became a president of an organization and had been in a BPO industry where stress is very common to us. I also love talking with people.
