Virtual Executive Assistant | Social Media Manager | Project Manager

I used to work in a corporate setup for six years, mainly in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry as a Customer Service Representative handling and resolving customers' concerns and providing quality service. I supported several industries such as Retail, Healthcare, Financial, and Telecommunications. I also had a special role in one of these companies as a Communication and Engagement Specialist, which allowed me to work with Executives and VIPs providing administrative tasks such as travel arrangement, organizing meetings and conferences, financial related works, holding company events, and employee engagement. These tasks helped me to be equipped as I started my Freelancing career.
Due to the pandemic, I realized that nothing is inevitable these days. Anything could be changed in just a snap, but if there is one thing I am sure of, no matter what happens, life goes on.
I left the corporate environment and took the opportunity to discover what the digital world can offer me.
On this same platform, I found my first client as a freelancer in June 2020 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. She is a Wellness Coach and a Raw Food Chef. As her EA, I function as her time saver. As much as possible, I would take things off her plate to focus more on growing her business.
The same year, I was hired as a Social Media Manager of a Digital Agency based here in the Philippines. A few months later, I was appointed to handle the Social Media Management Team as a Project Manager. In this field, I was able to work with clients in different industries such as Professional Coaching and Training, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Service Providers.
