Profile Description

I'm always fond of using technology as a kid and that lead me to choose a career in computer engineering.
1.) IT Staff at the college where I took my high school education. where I applied my knowledge of Computer Hardware to maintain the functionality of our college's IT equipment
-Was able to repair half of the 20 computer units damaged during a storm in our branch in Gabaldon Essential Academy.-Reduced the school expense on printer repairs during the pandemic where printers are widely used by the college for the distribution of printed modules to the students.-Provide technical support to faculty members who have trouble using technology in online classes.
2.) Branch Support at a Local Internet and Cable provider in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.
- Communicate with the different departments from different branches to be able to provide support on technical and network issues.- Properly inform Managers on the current situation of the Outside-Plant Department using Data visualization on my reports- Dispatch technicians and assign vehicles based on the data-driven decisions discussed with the Managers.
