I worked as a customer service representative handled healthcare account in which we cater healthcare professional's inquiries about their patient's eligibility, benefits, prior authorization and claims. Providing accurate and timely details is needed wherein every information given is sensitive and should have basis. I mentored newbies in our account and guide them to the correct process and audit their calls. I also establish extreme patience in handling multiple inquiries and answer them with grace and passion. Also been part of medical billing company, here we assist patients with their radiologist bill. Being thorough is important on this role since we are handling people's hard earned money. We help them bill their insurance for any medical bill before they pay anything and also coordinate with the radiology group if there's any way they can provide discount and/or financial assistance.
