I used to work in a call center company for 2years and currently work as a freelance copywriter and content writer for AU and US-based clients. I've been working as a freelance writer since September 2021. I can work with content editing and am open to handling other VA-related jobs.
I have 2 years and 6 months experience with the skills in the Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant). I've worked with those skills when I am still employed with my previous company where I was a Customer Care Specialist and we do almost everything the customer needs for their dental insurance like setting a dental appointment for them, sending email and fax of their insurance information to their dentist. Most of those skills were the once I learned more during the time I'm still handling an American Insurance Account.
I have been using English as my 2nd language for a few years now. I was a student leader back when I was still in college and I have attended a lot of conference that was also participated by some foreign students and other competitive student leader. English is also one of the required skills needed when applying in a call center companies and I have been working as a customer care representative for an American Dental Insurance for 11 months and spoke with hundreds of American citizens.

Most of my marketing skills were only acquired when I was selling cellular gadgets and accessories to help me support my studies financially. I used social media as my primary tool on posting my marketing ideas to help me sell my products. As for a sales representative, I've done it a few times when I was still a call center agent. Whenever the customer's insurance plan is not covering his/her dental needs we often offer them some other alternative plan upgrades.
My advertising experience is just similar as how my marketing experience goes. Most of them were acquired based on my personal agendas like selling cellular gadgets and accessories to help support my studies financially during my college days and social media in the main platform I use for advertising products and even gathering and events.
Most of my graphic and multimedia experience were only acquired whenever I make tools for social media marketing and advertising. I am still currently learning more and looking forward to improve my skills.
