I have 6 years' experience working in International Bank (JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NA). I'm working as Production Senior Specialist II who is responsible for efficiently monitoring mortgage loans that are affected by chapter 13 bankruptcy. Balance general ledger accounts, distribute reports daily, and prepare appropriate documentation. Correct and process all non-post exception items which include suspect stop payments and NSF Items. Process stop pays, transfers, adjustments, balancing, returned items, and overdrafts among other operational activities. Post payments and reconciliation on accounts. Perform payments and adjust balances. Correction of non-post items for loans. Perform special projects/tasks as needed Handle participation loans (including payments). Daily balancing of official items and perform various balancing functions
My work experience includes but not limited to.
???? Check and verify source document such as invoices, receipts and other computer printouts.
???? allocate & post financial transactions to Xero, MYOB, and Intuit QuickBooks;
???? Reconcile and balance all accounts.
???? Draw up financial statements (Income statement, Balance sheet and/or Management report)
???? Collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports.
???? Track and maintain inventory records.
???? Assist in Payroll processing.
????Preparation and lodgment of IAS & BAS to ATO for AU and GST returns to IRD for NZ.
???? Maintain complete filing system to support financial records.
???? Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
????Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
