I am enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable with over 5 years of experience giving professional, efficient and high quality service to various companies that I worked with. 
I always see to it to manage my time wisely in order to achieve deadlines or goals as outlined by the company. My excellent communication skills - both written and verbal makes it easy for me to communicate with my colleagues, clients over the phone, email, or through chat. I am also familiar in handling different tools like Live Person, Zendesk, Smarter Track, and can manage CRM's, google applications like google sheets and calendar. I am also proficient in using Microsoft word, excel, power point and eager to learn new tools to get the job done.
Most of my task includes taking Upgrade to see actual info’s order over the phone , responsible in providing information about the products of the clients, handles Upgrade to see actual info’s concern about their orders, solving Upgrade to see actual info’s complaints regarding their accounts, providing resolutions to Upgrade to see actual info’s account problems and issues, improving Upgrade to see actual info service experience based on client feedback through the development of new policies and procedures. I've been appointed as a team leader as well as one of my achievement from my previous employment for 3 years, so strong Upgrade to see actual infoistration skills, confident, enthusiastic, positive and flexible approach when it comes to work is not a problem.
