I am enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable with over 5 years of experience giving professional, efficient and high quality service to various companies that I worked with. 
I always see to it to manage my time wisely in order to achieve deadlines or goals as outlined by the company. My excellent communication skills - both written and verbal makes it easy for me to communicate with my colleagues, clients over the phone, email, or through chat. I am also familiar in handling different tools like Live Person, Zendesk, Smarter Track, and can manage CRM's, google applications like google sheets and calendar. I am also proficient in using Microsoft word, excel, power point and eager to learn new tools to get the job done.
