- Streamline payables and receivables using Melio, Upgrade to see actual info, and Hubdoc.
- Effectively track inventory valuation and monthly cost of goods sold (Advanced Excel functions)
- Efficiently reconcile banks in Quickbooks and Xero.
- Migrate transactions from one accounting software to another using Saasant.
- Assist with software integrations to Quickbooks such as ship station, Dext, Shopify and Amazon
- Prepare GAAP-compliant year-end Financial Statements for Annual Tax Returns.
- Manage the general ledger and chart of accounts to organize financial data systematically. Perform periodic reviews to spot and rectify errors promptly.
- Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from financial data, helping clients make informed business decisions. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for timely reporting.
