Operations Assistant Role:

System & Data Administrator Role:
- Monitoring systems and tools performance, making sure they are running smoothly.
- Help tea
- I run system diagnoses and resolve software and system issues when they occur.
- Upgrading and updating the system if needed and necessary.
- I researched a new approach that can be improved and applied to our system.
- Provide technical support as requested by the team.
- I document any processes employees need to follow work within the network system successfully in the system.
Cold Caller Role:
- I worked with realtors, investors, flip&fix investors, wholesalers and handled probates, foreclosures, distress, and tax-delinquent listings.
- Call homeowners and qualify them if they are a good fit for us or got the 4 Pillars.
- I do SMS/texting using Roor, Launch Control, and Batchleads SMS.
