Serves as the Service
delivery Engineer that install Network Devices on site. Configure new Network
Devices, Routing, VPN, HA config, Fortilink, Bandwidth Shape, etc.
Works with Dispatch
Technician in installing Network Equipment such us Routers, SDWAN Routers, UTM/SDWAN/Basic
Firewalls, MIBs, Switches,
Modems, Etc. Working
knowledge with Different device OS and CLI access For Fortinet (Firewalls and
switches), Silver peak, Cisco Routers, Nokia Routers, Cradle point, Adva series
MIB, virtual Mibs, etc.
Verifies ckts (wired or
wireless) to ensure service is within ordered speed/bandwidth. Works w/ Network
Activation team in ensuring that services ordered by our customers meet the
requirements and customer’s needs.
Works w/ Design Team
and Provisioning in ensuring proper flow of Service Delivery Implementation
process is being achieved.
