1. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING       
 - Create Social Media and Marketing plan        
 - Conduct Keyword Search        
 - Social Media Page Creation, Optimization and Management        
 - Social Media Content Planning, Creation, Scheduling and posting                           - Create Social Media Marketing Campaigns

2. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT      
- Manage multiple teams servicing multiple clients.       
- Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement                     improvement plans as needed.      
- Ensure compliance of team to signed Service Level Agreements with                        clients.      
- Conduct strategic business planning      
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to review information received                 from operational support functions – Training, HR, Finance, IT and Logistics           and partner to define action plans that resolve issues and drive                               continuous  improvement.      
- Selecting, training, developing and managing performance of direct                       reports.       
- Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent               administration of company policies and standards; define and implement             any corrective actions needed to meet operational performance.       
- Oversee Client relationships; facilitate open communication, understand               clients perspectives/expectations, and monitor client satisfaction.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

- Forms and File Management

My clients include Johnson & Johnson Phils., Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Globe Telecommunications, and Concepcion-Condura Airconditioning Co.
