I can do content creation, research paper, business correspondence, letters, and I also have an academic background in journalism. My verbal communication skills were also enhanced when I worked in a call center handling sales and technical support account. I have then eventually incorporated my communication skills to sales and marketing when I entered business related jobs. I have worked as a manager in 2 major automotive companies and part of my job is to create strategical plans to achieve our sales target which includes extensive study of customer relations, customer service and retention. I have also worked as a lead generation specialist, and it was my first homebased online job. My integrated skills and background have helped me put out my best to every task I handle. I do not have previous client yet, but I am not new to this platform.
