I have an excellent background in writing. As previously assigned as a legal researcher, I have mastered the technique in researching and processing elaborate information in order to create communicative written outputs. My two-year stint as a college instructor, teaching communication and writing courses, has facilitated my proficiency both in oral and written communication.
As a freelance writer, I write articles, blog posts, and other content that are engaging, informative, and well-written. They drive the company's marketing efforts.
Being a virtual assistant has taught me to be organized, follow instructions accordingly, analyze, be creative, think outside the box, and do multi-tasking. I have developed keenness and great attention to detail. Such experience has made me learn new skills in the process.
Moreover, as a person who has high regard for self-development and is passionate about work, I always put value in what I do and make sure that I deliver desirable outputs.
I am always willing to learn and be trained.
Recently, I worked as a virtual assistant for a company selling coloring books. My tasks would include connecting with clients and responding to their queries via email and social media chat. Although there were canned responses available, I would tweak some of them to appropriately communicate and answer the clients.
As a relatively young virtual assistant, I know I will still grow in this field. I see myself as dedicated person, multi-skilled, and talented. I am willing to learn more and I am highly trainable.
My education and work experience background speak high of my skill and ability to write effectively.
I have a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. After finishing college in 2014, I then worked as a College Instructor at FSUU in Butuan City, Philippines, where I taught English and Communication courses to college students.
I have previously worked as a content writer in a community newspaper based in Cebu City. As a multimedia journalist intern, my task would include writing news and feature articles on election-related crimes and other local events in the city. The news and feature stories that I wrote were published on its website.
In 2020, I decided to transition to being a full-time freelance writer. I write engaging, well-researched, and well-written articles for blog sites and other platforms that feature the products and/or services of a particular brand or company. My written pieces are SEO-friendly and they fuel a brand's marketing initiatives.
I have a working knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce. I am willing to learn and I am easily trained.
I am willing to undergo training.
Pursuing a degree in law gave me the opportunity to work as a legal researcher.
I was trained to make a thorough research on laws and Jurisprudence in order to write pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with compelling arguments. These legal documents were drafted for court submission and they help determine the court's decision in our client's favor.
As a law student, I am versed in Philippine laws.
