Hi, I’m Sheren.

I support business owners, CEOs, and growing teams with the kind of backend work that keeps things moving properly.

Over the years, I’ve worked across executive support, business operations, CRM management, client communication, lead generation, campaign management, and sales support. I’m usually the person behind the scenes making sure follow-ups are sent, documents are handled, client details are organized, systems are updated, and nothing important gets forgotten.

Most of my work has been with busy founders and small businesses where things move fast and priorities can change quickly. I’m comfortable stepping in, understanding what needs to happen, and helping create more structure without making things complicated.

I’ve also partnered with international business development, email outreach, CRM tracking, and client coordination for companies in fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, agencies, AI, marketing, and service-based businesses.
