Profile Description

• Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions and otherwise manage the books of parent and subsidiary accounts in journals or computer files from documents, such as sales Order, invoices, receipts and check stubs in the Quickbooks Accounting Software.
• Prepare ledgers and reconcile and balance accounts, maintain accounting files and manage expenditures and income; manage and monitor AR/AP and prepare payroll and tax filings.
• Prepare month-end reports.
• Manage online banking transactions and other banking transactions for various group company accounts.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
• Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
• Prepare financial reports for group companies.
• Perform Administrative duties and other project-based work that may be assigned from time to time.
