At times, I was a marketing assistant, identifying potential opportunities for the company. Another, I was an HR assistant, headhunting on linkedin, posting and monitoring ads on different jobs board and portals, managing calendars, booking interviews and tests. At times I was also an assistant to the estimator or the operations manager. I managed emails, created proposal drafts, built bidders lists and send out pricings. I filled in wherever needed and learned skills in order to assist whoever needed my assistance.
