Profile Description

I have over 4 years of experience working in the customer service sector. I was a part of the team that customers contacted when they needed assistance with items or technical problems. I've handled incoming and outgoing client enquiries by phone, email, and chat, among other support methods. Working in this field for more than 3 years has taught me how to successfully multitask and manage my time. I always give my all to the tasks assigned to me, and I'm ready and driven to complete them as soon as possible. I'm competent at making decisions and solving problems.
