I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Mindanao State University. I have advance knowledge in Financial Statement Making, Cost Profit Analysis, Taxation and Business Law. Furthermore, I am familiar with the usage of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, and Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs.

As a former cold caller and acquisitions specialist, I am also proficient with the use of Mojo Dialer and calltools, I have called different types of people from different types of lists like FSBO, Absentees, Expireds, Pre-foreclosures, etc and people inquiring through google ads and facebook ads, TV Ads and Mailer.I have also experienced scraping foreclosure data from county records and in turn skiptracing them.
