I've conducted a scientific study as a biologist that is now being applied in our province. One of the most remarkable studies I conducted was the production of bioethanol from molasses. This has been extremely beneficial given that the country lacks the ability to generate an adequate supply of alcohol, which is essential given the situation we faced with COVID-19.
Under Alorica I worked as a customer representative for T-Mobile, A United State based telecommunication company. I did basic customer service where I cater to customer queries and provide quick resolutions to the issues they are facing about their account, basic technical troubleshooting with regards to the products they use, product sales, and billing.
For United HealthCare, I was a health benefit advocate. I answer all inquiries that our members are asking about the health insurance they have under United Health Care. My task included providing them with their coverage, finding doctors and healthcare facilities that can cater to their health needs, basic health assessments, and explaining how their bills are computed.
