I enrolled in Filipino Virtual Assistance Freelancing Course and trained to be a professional Virtual Assistant. I have more than 2 years of work experience as an IT Support in one of the BPO Seat Leasing companies here in the Philippines and it really helps me to improve my customer service skills. I do also have experience as a Social Media Expert in one of the Digital Services companies and as a Social Media Outreach Specialist in an online Fitness Coaching company.
