I'm a 3rd-year college undergraduate of BSBA BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION major in Marketing. I worked in the BPO/Call Center Industry for more than 9 years. I have experience being a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Chat Support, and Email Support. I handled Telco, E-commerce, Gardening Machines/Tools Troubleshooting, and Samsung Devices Troubleshooting (Mobile Phones, Watch and Earbuds) accounts. I've already been promoted to Subject Matter Expert (known as SME) and a Coach. As an SME, I'm providing support for each team in our department. If the agents have questions or clarifications about the process they can ask me for assistance. I'm making sure that every agent will be aware of the new updates for any information or process. As a Coach, I handled new agents in Grad school after they passed the training. Grad school is where the agents will face the reality on the production floor but they will get 100% support from Coaches like me. I handled the agents in Grad school for 2-3 weeks. I will get them more prepared before endorsing them to their Supervisor in the production floor. I'm capable of communicating effectively using the English language. I'm a performer and always get promoted as Coach or Support. I'm good at time management. I'm capable of working a graveyard shift. I'm willing to take overtime if needed.
