My responsibilities at my previous job were to produce leads for our clients by extracting leads through Various sites (Propstream, Realeflow, Roddys, Batchleads, and Propelio) and skiptracing them using Fiverr and IDI (Interactive Data, LLC).When the skiptracing is done, the data will go into Excel for mapping. This part of the job is critical because we make sure all the leads data is in their exact column and the information must be real and correct. After the mapping and the Spreadsheets are ready, we will upload them using Upgrade to see actual info as the main system that the agent uses to gather their leads, and basically that's been my job for 3 years on LoneStarHomeBuyers.I had a brief experience assisting Transaction Coordinator, once the Property gets under contract, I had to make sure that all the documents are signed and initialed (buyer and seller), I also followed up regarding the Earnest Money Deposit and make sure it is turned in on time. I also had to ensure that Inspection is scheduled and confirmed, so far those are the tasks I was able to assist our Transaction Coordinator. if the documents are missing signature or initials, I report to our Transaction Coordinator that this document is missing signature
