Profile Description

I've been a customer representative for 7 years. I did calls, chat & email. During the time period, I worked as a supervisor for two companies. A customer representative is what I have always been but I also worked in a small company before entering the BPO industry that produces wedding/birthday certificates and a lot more that has to do with editing photos, I am accustomed to fast-paced environment and more than willing to work whatever job description is there for me to fill in that meets my skills.
