Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry since Upgrade to see actual infoom answering phone calls, doing outbound calls, sales, and responding to customers via email and chat - I have experienced doing all of these during the past years.

In 2019, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to work remotely. I was hired as a CSR for an E-Commerce company that responds to customers' products and order inquiries, complaints, order creation, cancellation, and modification via email. I'm currently employed as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. I'm handling administrative tasks for the brokers from contract to closing. 

I’m a self-starter with a can-do attitude and I always give my best in everything that I do.
