Profile Description

I have worked in a BPO company for two and a half years as customer service representative handling customer's complaints, billing issues, processing payments over the phone and replying to their inquiries through email. Working in BPO enhanced my communication skills and molded me to be a good employee. Working in extended and flexible hours, active listening and multi tasking are some of the skills that I have.
I also have an experience in data entry during my on the job training in one of the government's department and on call employee in a BPO company to do data entry job.
I am open to face more challenges. Furthermore, I am looking forward to find a job that I can enjoy and learn at the same time.
