In my most recent role, I made 300 to 500 outbound calls per 5-hour shift using Ready Mode and Enzo dialers, qualifying investor-side seller leads. Before that, I spent over 10 years in hotel reservations and customer service, handling 1,500 to 2,000 calls a month while keeping every booking and record accurate. Tough conversations and detail-heavy records are second nature to me.
