I am a nursing graduate of Far Eastern University. I started my career as a pharmacist assistant and worked for four years after I graduated. We sell medicine and other products. After that, I went to Dubai and worked as a waitress for 1 year. I studied for one full year as a caregiver. After I gave birth, I worked as an ESL teacher in a Korean academy. After that, I worked in a call center as a reservation sales specialist. We answer incoming calls and assist our guests in making hotel reservations, modification of bookings, and also cancellations. We also offer other services like vacation packages, car rentals, and credit card. We also enroll our guests in our loyalty program for our company. I had accumulated some awards in this company. After more than three years of working in this company, I dUpgrade to see actual info to work as a freelancer so that I can work remotely. My first experience as a virtual assistant is doing outbound calls and selling energy monitor in Victoria, Australia. We also sell other products like heat lamps, led lights, and shower heads.  We also send emails to our clients to give them more knowledge about the product. After that, I had a brief experience as a Lead Manager in a real estate company in the US. We do cold calling and vetting of the leads that were given to us. We transfer them to our project manager after we qualify those leads. I learned various tools while working. I know how to use Air call, Amazon Workspaces, Ring Central, Hubspot, GoHighLevel-CRM and Slack. I never had any attendance issues and I'm a good team player. I also had experience in handling a team since I worked as a Peer coach in one of those companies. I am a very hardworking and positive person. To add to my work experiences, I became a top appointment setter for Intero Digital (Alpha Hub). We do cold calling and set up an appointment with the marketing manager or the CEO of the company. After working here for a few months, I was hired as an appointment setter for One Janitorial which is a cleaning company. I am also doing outbound calls and trying to set up an appointment with the decision-makers like the manager or the owner. I always give my best in every task that is given to me. I hope I will be able to find a good employer through this site. Thank you.
