* Preparing loan documents and sending welcome pack to the clients
*Send out the compliance documents
* Input all information on the system. (The systems I've worked with includes, Salestrekker, Mercury, Loan Market's MyCRM, Infynity)
* Complete the application to be lodged via ApplyOnline
* Fill out Lender's Application Forms, FHOG Forms and Discharge forms
* Complete a product comparison for the clients.
* Ordered pricing requests
* Order valuations for properties
* Process progress payment drawdowns for construction loans
* Review living expenses
* Completing the servicing calculator
* Follow-up of missing loan documents to the clients
* Follow-up loan application from the lenders
* Conduct post-settlement calls to discuss their loan set-up
* Do loan reviews especially for fixed rate expiry
