Profile Description

Creates
and maintains an efficient and comprehensive filing/records system to
facilitate quick and easy access to documentation/correspondence and information, when required.  Answers
telephone queries and make appointments for the Head of the Department. Composes correspondence as
instructed or required. Coordinates
and supervises daily administrative operations of the Head of Department. Receives
and distributes all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Accomplishes
basic studies and special projects as assigned by the Head of the Department. Maintains
office supplies through an inventory and monitors issuance. Preparing
and charging monthly billing. Coordinates with referral laboratory for query in
price, sample requirements and turnaround time. Type/
edit Histopathology and Cytology reports as prepared by Histopathologist.  Printing
of send-out tests through Bioscientia and KFSHRC website, saving the pdf file,
and uploading it to the ATS system of the hospital.
