As a Customer Service Support for more than 11 years from the TOP Call Centers in the country, I am looking to transition as a Virtual Assistant and offer my expertise in the freelancing world.

-Experience in chat and email support for a food delivery campaign in one of the largest companies in the US

-Taken Udemy course in Zendesk as another CRM tool
-Familiar with Google Sheets, Docs, and google sites
-Organized and has good attention to details

-Displaying empathy whenever necessary
-I am taking the time to listen because I know that what's easy for me might be very hard for other people.
-When it's a dead end, I am transparent to the resolution.
