Greetings!
I was in the customer service industry for five years. I started my career as a customer service agent or passenger service agent at Clark International Airport Philippines. After that, I was able to work as a call center agent at VXI Holdings handling a TELCO account. But the highlight of my 4-year career is that I was able to work under one of the biggest companies in Dubai, UAE. Emaar Hospitality Group. I was a Guest Service Agent under one of the company's hotels which is Manzil Downtown Dubai LLC.

Being able to work under pressure during my airport days have taught me to do things under grace. Being able to work in a hotel in a different country has taught me to grow outside my comfort zone. It taught me to be more independent, understandable and to do more for customers without compromising the company's policy.
